Fourth, the use of technology:

1 Preheat: Please be pouring device 70 ~ 80 ℃ bake 1 to 2 hours. But also can reduce the temperature and prolonged heating to remove the device moisture.

4050A/4050B (S) at low temperature, the viscosity becomes high, A crystalline material is easy. Please preheated material to 25 ℃ ~ 45 ℃. Easy to use.

2, B agents during storage or a small amount of precipitation will be layered, please mix well before use.

3, mixed: weighing in proportion to A, B material, agitation, vertical mixing stick, clockwise (or counterclockwise) with the direction of stirring 2 to 3 minutes to minimize the stirred into the air. 4, deaeration: requirements for the smooth surface without air bubbles encapsulating those stirring mixture should be vacuum (≤-0.1mpa) smooth off the bubble. Potting mix were measured by mechanical, omit steps 3,4.

6, curing: 25 ℃ / 48h, or 60 ℃ / 3 ~ 4h. Can be cured. Low temperature curing time should be extended as appropriate. This product is sensitive to moisture, moisture can cause blistering cure. Operating environment Recommended control 23 ± 3 ℃, relative humidity "70%.
